First time poster, long time lurker needs some help!

Hello all,

I am a long term lurker on this very enlightening forum and have finally decided to post to get some help from the pros!

I have been doing p.e for about 4 months starting with JP 90 day program. Didn't see any gains but much harder wood which is great!

This past month this has been my routine 4-5 times a week w/ kegels throughout:

Warm up 10 min with stretches and hot bath
DLD blasters 1 set
Jelq 10-15 Min
Supra Slammers x 5
Pump for 3-4x10 (Sometimes get HUGE expansion)
Warm down


My questions is where are the gains at???

Starting Stats :
BPenis EnlargementL-7.4 in
MEG- 5.2 in


Any advice is much appreciated!
 
Perhaps the routine you have chosen is not for you. Have you tried the Newbie Program as it is written for a couple months? This is really a great routine and most make good initial gains using it.
 
I guess it is time to change it up and try something new


I plan on making a log with pics , I will be sure to keep you all posted!
