All journey. There is no one type of enhancement and improvement in PE. Even Peyronie's correction and skin improvement is a journey to be proud of.

 

[DLD]

Using the DLD ball and lig stretch will also help with low hanging balls. I have seen incredible effects from this. My scrotum, hang's very low, and this allows for more penis to exit from the base.
