Does anyone know the quickest way to get rid of the fat pad? Im in pretty good shape and I exercise alot but I can't figure out what to do to get rid of that fat pad. Thanks everyone!
Just get that bodyfat percentage as low as you can man. When you have 5 percent bodyfat then trust me, you won't have a fat pad. Just look at Terrell Owens. Then man looks like he has no fat at all. Just ripped muscle on top of bone.
Hit the weights hard and heavy with compound excersises, keeping the rep range between 6-10 for muscle mass and strength.
Hit the cardio afterwards alternated days between low intensity cardio and high intensity cardio to strip off the bodyfat.
Eat 6 meals a day with high protein and complex carbs in each meal and minimize carbs in your last 1 -2 meals at night so they won' t get strored as bodyfat while you sleep.
Get a note book to track your eating and bodyfat and weight. By tracking your eating and bodyfat weekly you can tweek, your diet accordenly if you bodyfat platues.
