Fat pad!Any exercises to get rid.

HAs anyone got any exercises to get rid of the fat pad as its about a 1.5 thick ?:( !Iv just recently started bodybuilding and read some where that squats are good for erections!is that true and why.

Bro a fatpad is just plain 'ole bodyfat so if you want to get rid of your fatpad, you gotta diet down and add cardio. All the weight lifting in the world won't do a whole lot without the propper diet and cardio mixed in... The fact that you've started working out is great, you just gotta start to control what you eat and hit the treadmill.
 
If you want to get rid of the fat pad, the only way is to get a lower bodyfat %. Search the net for ways of getting your metabolism up. Basically you just have to eat less calories than your body uses over the course of a day. Do cardio to boost metabolism as well.

Building muscle mass while trying to lose the fat pad aint gonna work well. I've been bulking for ages and Im trying to get my abs back now, and get rid of the fat pad.
 
i don't know the fat pad to an extent might be random.
If you have an inch and a half, sure it's gonna reduce if u lose fat.
My fat pad changes all the time, sometimes it seems bigger when i'm losing weight, but i guess it's changes in water retention and stuff. I'm pretty fit, i have a 6 pack, and i still have a half inch fat pad.
 
Cheers guys!I work each bodypart once a week and do cardio 3 times a week,i eat 6 meals a day also and use creatine,whey and a bunch of vitamins.but iv only been doing this for a month so it might reduce the fatpad or maybe not.

so you're willing to give up the thing thats the best for you out of the 3 things mentioned...Hydromaxm... :P And yes, I could give you a diet centered around fried chicken...so long as the chicken is fried, then stripped of its breading to then be close to baked chicken. rofl

Thats what I do, I eat all of the breading and throw the chicken away ?:(
