I love that you’re including fulcrum stretches via the powerassist, it has gone so forgotten that these types of stretches are very powerful. Thanks for keeping it alive and I hope other people follow your example and check out just how much they can do with the powerassist.

I've read sometimes that you don't even need to use lots of force/intensity for getting tissue growth - lots of extender companies are recommending moderate intensity but over a long time period.
I think actually both ways work, maybe it even works the best in combination.
I still don't know the best for resting time - some people like me are trying to stay the most time they can in an elongated state (besides manual training) while others are doing their manual training and that's it.
We still have to do lots of try&error and sharing experiences for finding the best ways. Lots of people say 'everybody is different', which is not that wrong, but our bodies are all based on the same principles. Some may heal faster, some may gain faster - but maybe this is depending on factors like age, overall health, nutrition, supplements or whatever. There are maybe soft-gainers and hard-gainers, but I still believe that when we all test a lot of things and doing 'own researches' we will soon very good ways for gaining fast.
So that maybe everybody could gain 2" length and 1" girth in around 2-3 years and don't need to do PE for 5+ years or even 10+ years.
I think with a 2" length and a 1" girth gain most people would already be happy and feeling great.
