Extenders and Turkey Neck

Looking for opinions from [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] users. Do [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] fix the turkey neck problem? I would think that it keeping that skin out of the way and stretching the penis "seperately" that it may fix the TN problem. Any experiences with this?

It will definitely help as the penis is being pulled in one direction while the base and scrotum are pushed back.
