Extender Pain need help cushioning

Also the skin gets caught in the penis strap I was wondering if anyone know how to cushion you penis when using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or help keeping the thing on.

I'd recommend Fedora's solutions too. Although I had one of those and could never get it to be comfortable.
