Hi Penis Enlargementrs, after months and making half of my goal, I thought I'm an expert, but when I started stretching and the advanced jelq, the real injuries appeared until it became out of control and serious. I've stopped Penis Enlargementing, I have to stop for a month, and I start gain loosing.
I know I did something wrong, and when I'll continue, I'll start from the Zero so if you're an expert and have a time, would you please give me a good program and explain the stretch and the advanced jelq, and did the warming up by entering the tools into container contains a warm water better than the cloth?

I am not real familiar with injuries, so I can't be a help on all counts. I would recommend you post in the Injury forum here and get some advice. As for programs, I would recommend you joining the paysite if you have not done so.

Kinda vague there big fella. Mayeb go into more detail like penguin fan sed. between me being drunk, lack of info on ur part, and the late hour of the day i am afraid that I canT be of much assistance. But right now I would say take some time off, recover, and giver the guts when u r 100% again. "Do what must be done...." palpatine & lay pipe like a retired plumber with a luSt 4 life!!!!
