Expert help needed: Paid original bathmate price and got a cheap fake one

Hello everyone
I ordered a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] from bathmatesingapore.com for $199 SGD. I received a very cheap chinese made plastic inside a plain white cardboard box. There is no genuine packing, no box, nowhere it is written that it's an original [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] made in U.K, no information about the product, no user manual. Their website looks pretty genuine to me. It says "BathmateSingapore.com is the official importer, exporter, distributor & retailer of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]® products (Asia)". The guy Jason who I have been mailing to says the product cannot be returned and that he has removed the packing to clear customs in India. But he has not even provided any product id that I can check online. What should I do next? I am pretty sure its fake because I have ordered it before from an Indian seller and returned it and this looks exactly the same.

You should buy [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], now you ended up with cheap low quality device and plus you can't return it back, PE devices should be bought here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] :)

Try to send your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] back and get your money and buy it here where you know it'll be real. I feel bad for you but I did warn the whole brotherhood about buying [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] anywhere else but here. You got ripped off plain and simple. Sorry brother, next time buy it here

Can you take a picture of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] label for us because the gator picture isn't enough information for us to verify whether it is genuine. It could be that the box has been removed because we do have problems geting our pumps into India. Could you also explain what you mean by:

And tell us where you previously purchased from, and why you returned it?
Also if there is an instruction manual there will be a serial number which we can use to check its authenticity.

I received a mail from officialhydromaxpump.com saying that it is a legit retailer. They also asked me to upload pictures of the box and warranty card but that is the problem. I didn't receive any box, user manual, bill and warranty card just the pump in a white box. This is what raised my concerns. This was done due to custom problems here. But they could have sent me an invoice copy and atleast the warranty card. Now I have no proof for future reference.
 
I don't know if it will help but how did you purchase the product? Was it online? If the site you bought it from is an official [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] supplier then you should have received a confirmation email after you paid for it. That would contain all the relevant details of the purchase as well as the product from memory? If you can provide [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] with your purchase order number I'm sure they would be able to email/fax/post your warranty etc yes?
 
In either case I suggest that you buy all future products through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words]. We not only sell the real product but we also give full support. Plus every time you buy a product here part of that money goes to helping the forum. We have many bills and we have big future plans which all depends on the generous donation men give and the commissions we received through product sales.
