Exercises to reduce fat pad?

Are there any non-surgical exercises which targets the pubic fat pad? My BMI falls well into the normal category but I have almost 0.8" fat pad there. I would like to reduce it to something like 0.3" to gain more NBP length.
 
Loosing the fat pad is like gaining length, the more you exercise and eat right the less fat you will have and the more penis that will show.
 
CORE training is the best way to isolate and train the mid-body. It will not only reduce fat pad but will build endurance and strength in the muscles we use in sex.
