Exercise videos?

Hi,

I knew I read somewhere that here are some videos where the exercises are shown, the manual ones.
But I cannot find them. All I want is to be a hundred percent sure that I do the exercise right because I haven't gained anything yet.

Addtionally: I dont know if it's allowed to ask here for some adult entertainment sites?
Could you guys recommand any site? My libido is as quick as light! Despite of that, it is easier to jelq when you dont have to imagine all time naughty stuff ;)

It was also a horrific intrusion path for malware attacking the site.
 
Yes, joining the Members Site is a wise decision for the content it contains, not to mention the massive updates that will be happening soon that ALL LIFETIME MEMBERS will have access to.

There are videos for all the exercises and things have changed from how it use to be the last time you were here.
