Guys - do these creams help to get and keep an erection ? Was thinking of using them when doing long clamping sessions - any views?

I have used them from adult novelty shops. Maybe they have more professional ones online. I thought they made a tingling sensation better. Back then I would feel nervous about my flaccid size so before I would go out in public I would use some and it would help make my flaccid size hang out better. I also popped Extenze and edged with cockrings on with the creams. It is probably like a Penis Enlargement pill. Increases blood flow and sensitivity.
