Electric Muscle Stimulation

When I was younger, I had this electric muscle thing for my abs. It worked quite well for a battery-operated belt thing and the toning came within a week since I had low body fat.

I'm wondering where I could an affordable system that can be attached to any muscle I choose. I would also like to know people's experience with this on their pecs and rear.

No, electric stimulation is not to be used alone. I'm still going to be at the gym but I want more targeted results given by electric stim.

i dont think electric pe is possible, but electric stimulation is definately.

I would opt to train using proper resistence training and not devices like this. Okay to tone but not for building muscle. These things were made for people who couldnt do such activities. Dont waste your money on a full body one.

theres nothing to shock in your penis its tissue not muscle which contracts. Bruce lee used electric stimulation However RED is CORRECT you will not build muscle this way and these devices were originally crated for people in pain. toning? it might work? I prefer good old fashioned hard work at the gym hour a day and a awesome diet. :]
