I started my side businesses and I wanted to buy the ultrasound device but I don’t have the money.

I have to wait a few more months. And I am leaving the big city and I will be moving back to my parents house within a few months. From there I have to look for a new place for myself. But I will have to do stealth hanging and PE LOL.

Yep finding the right time to exercise is not easy..

I have invented hundreds of exercises and many of them I invented by mistake. I always have my mind in the PE mode so as I’m going through my day I can see things that might be beneficial to that which I am thinking on. I walk through Home Depot is a PE equipment paradise with the right creativity.
 
The body itself is a incredible fulcrum. I’ve always used body position as a function in my stretching. Very smart understanding.

Ok using the weight of the body as lever, looking for a way to balance out bodies n help us to have a better stretching..??

Reverse kegel holds 60-120s every 30 mins throughout the day

I am gonna track and post daily from now on. It will make my routine more consistent.

I do kegels every other day. My kegel workout frequency alternates between 3-4x per week.

My deconditioning break is very long but that doesn’t matter. I know what I will get back in return.

I am very busy with 2 side businesses. I am doing Nofap again because it was only hindering me big time. After orgasm I feel completely shit and no motivation to work on anything.

I take my horniness and deal with it. I have to maintain steady dopamine levels. Not depleting them with pointless orgasms.

I only myself to orgasm with women from now on.

I didn’t train consistently and that had to do with masturbation.

I have to get back on track.
