I have a numb feeling in the glans, from all the fluid retention, I don’t know if it’s a good idea to do Slow Squash Jelqs tomorrow because the skin of my glans is open due to that tiny blister which has popped.

Stick with massage for right now, I did not know the blister popped. When a blister pops you do not want to stretch or it will end up causing a cavernous scarring. Allow the blister to heal first. Use bacitracin every day at the area where the blister is and it will heal up very quickly.

Only the small blister popped, the big one just went away, that was fluid retention, when I woke up this morning my glans was normal again:

You can still see the blister which has popped last night, if I do light hanging sets today, will it cause more problems?

I don’t want to take days off... Shit.... I want to keep at it ?
 
Are there other parts of your routine that you can do that won't irritate/exacerbate the issue? This is something I'd definitely take precaution...

Nope, i’m pretty much done....

I do lengthmaster stretching which isn’t possible due to high pressure on the glans, compression hanging isn’t possible due to high pressure, and vaccuum hanging isn’t possible.

Slow squash jelqs are not beneficial in this situation so what’s left is my kegel training ?
 
How about 'bundles' with your LM? If you attach it as close to the base as possible, the majority of the pressure should remain below the glans. (being on The IR sux)

I can try to do bundles but I have very loose shaft skin, so the problem is if I attach near the base, I cannot really have a tight grip on the tunica, also strapping in near the base will also give skin tension which makes it impossible to do “bundles”... If I did bundles, I couldn’t stretch in any direction as it still tries to go up the shaft to the glans.

I can maybe try half way up the shaft or something, i’ll see what I can do ?

I think that blister on my glans will always be a weak spot and a potential annoying problem in the future with regards to hanging/stretching and other high pressure work....

Wether I like it or not, I have to be able to stretch the septum/tunica for elongation.

I fucked it up because I took 4 days off, my dick healed and became stronger instead of longer.... I was hanging 5 hours last night and the fatigue only began at the 4 hour mark....

This means that my glans isn’t capable of managing the tunica fatigue and gives in earlier. This is a huge fucking problem and a serious threat to my hanging plans and future length goals ?

I think it’s urine or something because I have a full bladder. Could the SiliStretcher vaccuum force be so high that it spills urine in the silicap? I did a huge set of reverse pyramid hanging.

Hmm you need to be more careful

after 4-5 hours of continuous hanging and not re-wrapping after every hour

I would recommend taking the silistretcher off every hour, perform some light jelqing, helishakes, whatever not too intense so the circulation gets moving nicely around.

When you reenter the silistretcher, push the glans and ensure its deflated.

Even using light weights for that length of time, has now created what looks like the formation of blisters.

You could get away with this, if you quickly perform jelqing at semi erection, but its been several hours since you posted this.

Use hot & cold wraps to the area, ensure it has healed away before you go for it again.

When your at it again, maybe a good idea if you do not take off the silistretcher every hour, to use some tape across the glans tip, put the silicap over that. Gives extra layer of protection, but best bet is take off and have a break every hour.

I see your developing some excellent definition, and size to the coronal ridge around the glans!
 
I told you the swelling to go away by morning and I’m glad to see that that has happened. From this point, looking at your picture, I would use bacitracin for the next couple days to help me blisters heal quickly. The bacitracin will also eliminate scarring. And now that you have identified the issue that should never happen again. You got a lot of very good help in this thread and I hope it helps you in the future.

Should I do a deconditioning break to let my tunica become “sensitive” again for elongation at lower weights?

I took 4 days off and it was a stupid move.... I feel my tunica is much stronger and 4.5 kg (8.8 pounds) doesn’t do the trick to induce fatigue.

I mean when I do the reverse pyramid stretching I don’t feel anything... Like I only feel tunica burning sensation at the 4th of 5th set... Does that mean all hours prior to the 4th are wasted hours because I don’t feel the tunica burning?

The most logical step is to increase the weights and keep at it but obviously in my case that isn’t possible....

I have to let my glans heal 100% and i’m worried that I can always get a blister now fast in the same spot because that’s a weak point now.

I have to stay at low weights and I can’t exceed 9-10 pounds...

Also I can’t do any other exercise because it all puts pressure on the glans.

I’d like to hear your opinions please,

I would stick with the routine for at least 90 days to get a good idea if it is producing gains. I will say that if you’re feeling tunica soreness something great is happening. The most logical step is to increase the weight as you reach the top of the pyramid but if this is not possible what is the reason you can’t hang heavier weight now? The pressure that you’re feeling on the head, are you getting as much blood out of the head as possible before stretching? This is important or there will be undue pressure.

If I go higher with heavier weights my glans will get blisters again which can pop. You know like the small one I’ve shown in my pictures. The blister was popped and there was fluid leaking out.

BUT, I was also stupid to keep hanging for 5 hours straight and never looking if my glans was allright.

Normally I re-wrap after every 1 hour and I didn’t do that, I think that’s why I got this blister.

I took 48 hours off now in total, I will try tomorrow (saturday) if my glans will hold the vaccuum pressure. I will squeeze as much blood as possible out the glans.

I have always used the Silicap on my glans from day one. Right from the start. And now i’ve got the those gel Silipads and i’m gonna try that out as well. I need a Silicape which is shaped like a glans so there isn’t any air left in the cap when you put it on.

No matter how I try there’s always some air left between glans and Silicap when putting it on even if it’s air tightly putted on.

What I can also try is getting some tape which was mentioned on another thread on here. For extra protection against pressure.

What I mean with not being able to do exercises is that I cannot do any length work because I use the lengthmaster and it puts alot of pressure on the glans, and hanging with the male hanger puts lots of pressure on it.

I will try to hang gently tomorrow with the Silistretcher.

I’m not doing bundled stretching, just testing my glans in the SiliStretcher. I start with the lowest weight possible: 0.5 kg (1.1 pounds) and slowly work my way up but not too much today. I think 2.5 is enough.

SiliStretcher reverse pyramid hanging sets

1st set: 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) for 30 mins
2nd set: 1 kg (2.2 lbs) for 30 mins
3rd set: 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) for 30 mins
4th set: 2 kg (4.4 lbs) for 30 mins
5th set: 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) for 30 mins

I check my glans after every 30 minute set. This way I can be sure no blister’s popping up again.

Yeah i’m hanging 1 kg (2.2 lbs) right now and it’s going very well. I’m glad that the blister wound has healed a bit.

What happened in your case? What injury? Sucks man, I hope you get better soon!

I’m so glad that you’re now taking these cautions seriously I think that your PE adventures are going to be much more comfortable and productive. We can all get overzealous especially when we find out PE really works. As my brothers have said this is not a walk in the park it’s a triathlon!
