DutchAthletic’s ascension path to 10” BPEL

Hi MOS,

I’ve been around since 2013, but I have decided to open a training log in order to keep me more consistent. I want to show the world that it can be done if you put in the effort. I trained on and off for 5 years.
I gained 1 - 1.5 inch in total over the years in length. Girth like half an inch. I Never was consistent. Never made pictures but that’s going to change.

My biggest issue was time, always. And when the study pressure increased i’d be more stressed out and neglecting my PE training and that made me feel very guilty and depressed afterwards resulting in more days off etc. A downward negative spiral that I want to counteract with steady and consistent logging.

I’m currently in a length only routine with some light jelqing at the end of the day. I’m also doing weighted kegels and reverse kegels. Bought some fishing lead to work my way up to 200 grams! That’s around 1/2 lbs I think?

My routine is 50 minutes studying, 10 minutes of bundled stretching with the lengthmaster. I can clock in 5 hours per day like this and it keeps me consistent in my studies and PE.

I treat this kegel training like a bodybuilding routine with rest days in between. And assuming that the penis is 50% muscle and 50% collagen connective tissue, I do 12 reps for penis strength and muscle building lol ?
I feel this upwards stretch deep in my pc muscles even my anus muscles lol.
It’s a very strong stretch and I love this stretch.

I only stretch 1-2 times straight down, this is because I have nothing to gain there as my suspensory ligaments are completely torn. I have a wobbly dick and I have to strengthen it with kegels until it can point straight out or in an erection angle again without using my hands when i’m lying down in bed.

So i’ll be stretching mostly bundled sideways, bundled straight out, and bundles upwards. I’m purely targeting the tunica.

So at the end of the day, I have clocked in 20+ minutes of stretching.
Today I have a day off from lectures so I start stretching in the morning every hour until I go to bed.

I want to get at least 20 mins per day of effective stretching. This is just to maintain my length and gaining some length along the way until I start hanging.

After my stretching sessions I do 50 light jelqs with organic coconut oil for bloodflow and erection strength. It’s not my intention to gain girth, but as I gain girth very easily, I don’t mind it.

My starting stats are:

BPEL: 18,4 cm (7.24”)
EG: 13,8 cm (5.43”)
BPFSL: 19,9 cm (7.83”)

I measure BPFSL once a week or once per 2 weeks. I’ve lost some girth over time, I used to be 5.7” erect girth, but I don’t care.
I’m a easy girth gainer and length is my focus. I use the metric measuring system.
I have a wooden ruler and a flexible measuring tape.

I make some measuring pics another time because now i’m busy studying.

Special note: i’m fighting against my fatpad, i’m on a cutting diet. Going to the gym 3x per week.

I went downtown to get a dexascan done. This is really accurate to measure body composition. It’s not very expensive. Like €50. It used to be hundreds of euro’s when it first came out.

I’m 1.85m body length (6’1”)
107.5 kg (237lbs) body weight
31.4% bodyfat :(
70.49 kg lean body mass (155lbs)

So i’ve lost already 40 pounds, and my goal is to get shredded 6% bodyfat and around 33-44 pounds of extra muscle mass

I have 1-1.5 inch stubborn fatpad and I want to absolutely destroy it. My cock seems small in my large hands and my fatpad doesn’t help. Makes everything seem smaller.

Well you are in good company. Julio gomez also has his suspensory ligaments completely torn and his work definately didnt suffer quite the contrary he got even more jobs. You had a free ligament cut surgery without scars! :)

Yeah lol it really helped with my length, I took a shortcut, otherwise those stubborn ligaments would hold me back.

My dick is now free, and my only objective is to target to tunica and to destroy it daily until that tough motherfucker grows.

I have a very very very stubborn tunica, I think it has 3 layers, the maximum amount of layers lol.

Also I gain girth very easily, i’m a sucker for length. Length is my ultimate goal. So i’m mostly stretching upwards.

I’m also on a Nofap streak of 22 days. This time I want to go on a streak of 2-3 years minimum in order to gain insane momentum and hanging effectiveness.

I’m not doing a serious girth protocol in this journey. I do bundled stretching with my lengthmaster to maintain my gains and to gain in length.

I’m currently on stand-by mode lol because I used to do a hanging routine and i’m trying to get back into hanging as soon as possible.

The lengthmaster is for pre-stretching the tunica and there is a chance that I will gain a little bit of girth.

I’m doing 50 jelqs every day, but sometimes I forget them because i’m too tired or busy with school.

I have always had a girthy cock and I gain girth very easy, I don’t have to put in serious effort. I will put in serious effort when I reach my length goal.

But by the time I have reached my length goal of 10 inch BPEL, my girth will be increased too, to 6+ inches, with no serious effort.

I will start a rigorous bathmate routine at 10 inches BPEL, like the 5x5x5 routine with my x40 extreme bathmate.

That will boost my girth from 6 to 8 inches.


So for now the jelqing part is just for bloodflow and erection strength. I’m doing kegels and reverse kegels each other day.

So when the time comes, this thread will turn into a hanging log ?
 
How were you able to 'tear' your suspensory ligs?

When I was 18, I was introduced to harddrugs. I used to go to lots of house parties / raves / festivals with my friends.

I’m 26 now but I don’t use anymore. It was mainly XTC , cocaine, amphetamines,

A side effect of these drugs is that you get insanely horny, and I used to pull all-nighters amphetamines/ cocaine and I’d wank to adult entertainment, I had these extreme long wanking sessions where I’d experiment with all kinds of variations of pulling.

I had 12 hour long amphetamine wanking sessions, until my shaft got so sore that I couldn’t wank anymore.

But eventually my dick healed, and it’s OK, only I think I could have gained faster if I didn’t developed that scar tissue on my tunica.

So i’m left with a very stubborn tunica and I have to hang I think to make good consistent gains, heavier weights under longer time.
 
That’s one hell of a story Dutch good thin is you still have your penis and learned from that experience. As for the tunica before hanging I’d suggest bundled stretching to loosen it up as much as possible since you have had those experiences I think proper warming up is definitely necessary for you hopefully the more bundled stretches you do your tunica will eventually comply ??
 
Great advice Born! Yes bundled stretches are now the most powerful way to stretch the Tunica. A good five minutes to the left in a good five minutes to the right is going to really stretch the Tunica allowing you to make much bigger gains. You can read all about this in the SRT routine. So good to have you back on the board my brother!
 
Hi guys,

So yesterday (wednesday) I have missed a full day of training.

I had doubts, motivational problems, like rationalizations etc, like “why am I doing this?” “What is my purpose in life?”

“Why am I doing PE? I’m not even talking to girls, i’m not even looking at girls.

In 2014 I did a cycle of testosterone enanthate, which fucked up my hormone levels.

I never really recovered 100% from it, I know I have to see a doctor but I don’t have the money for a specialised clinic.

So I fucked up big time, last time I tested my testosterone levels I had 200 ng/dl.....
Like almost at castration levels lol.

Normally a healthy young man of 25 should be at a 500-700 ng/dl range.

And no improvements in hormones, and that’s what’s really hindering my progress, my motivation, my mood etc.

I made so much stupid choices in my past, it’s a miracle that i’m still alive!

And I still have my whole life in front of me.

My low test levels keep me demotivated, like this is 100% a mental discipline game.

It’s 7:30 PM and I didn’t stretch one set today. It’s Thursday november 15th and I have to get those sets in before midnight.

I’m procrastinating, slacking, and i’m going through some rough mental times.

My emotions are fucked up, but I have to keep going. This journey is tough.

Special note: I tried the egyptian sexual energy circulating technique, and I was drained every day. It’s very hard to do, and maybe I should keep that practice to only once a week.
