It should arrive in a few days! My glans is healing nicely so it will be a matter of time to get right back on track with the silistretcher hanging sets ??

I am switching up my kegel routine. I’m not gonna train every day anymore. I have to build in adequate rest. I have a hard time keeping a full erection while kegeling during the day. I can’t even hang fishing weights on my shaft anymore. Fatigue sets in after 2-3 sets.

I was alternating every day between fast kegel clenching and long slow squeezes but I have to combine them in one training and only perform it 3-4 times per week.

I am designing a new kegel routine with more rest.
 
Monday september 2nd

I switched up my routine and I started over again without weights. I’m building up strength and endurance with 48 hours of rest between every training. I combine fast kegels with slow squeezes:

Fast twitch pc muscles
Fast kegel clamps 6*30
Reverse kegel holds 6*30s
100 jelqs

Slow twitch pc muscles
Long slow kegel squeezes 6*30s
Reverse kegel holds 6*30s
100 jelqs

After the first week or so i’m gonna add my 10 grams of fishing lead in order to increase the intensity.
 
I thought you were going to takeoff the weekend, excellent work my brother, two days and things are looking great.

I should do jelqs but I forgot about it today. Was too busy with other stuff.

1st set: 0,5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins
2nd set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins

4th set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins
5th set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins
6th set: 0.5 kg ( 1 Lbs) for 30 mins

I’m gonna condition my glans first for long hours of hanging at low weights. I’m doing this also to have an ADS the whole day so it’s a perfect solution.

My blister is almost completely healed but I figured I could start now. I got my Silicap2 and an extra DuroSleeve.

- Slow Squash Jelqs to eliminate fluid retention.

I did not had the time last weekend to exercise as I was visiting my parents house. I only did the usual kegel routine but I couldn’t hang unfortunately. I’m back at my own place now and I have 2 hours to hang this night before going to bed.
 
I noticed that if I let my SiliStretcher2 hang continuously for 60 minutes straight instead of the 30 minutes sets I get a little bit of fluid retention in the glans. Even at low weights of 1 Lbs (0.5 kg).

MOS recommends to turn the valve knob just half way, but I feel that would generate not much vacuum force so I turned the knob one full turn. Maybe that could be the problem.

What I don’t understand is how you can get your whole glans in it because mine doesn’t fit lengthwise. You’d have to turn the valve knob until the Silipad2 is completely retracted into the vaccuum chamber but then you cannot turn the valve knob anymore to generate vaccuum force...

I made a 1 mm pinhole in it but I need to make it bigger. Like 2 mm.
