Doing regular kegels and reverse kegels on separate days?

Hey guys,

have anyone tried doing regular kegels and reverse kegels on different days, and is it good or bad option?
Like doing regular kegels: Monday, Wednsday, Friday, Sunday
Doing reverse kegels: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
...or variations of those.

It's kind of like a split system in bodybuilding.

What do you think?
 
I may have been around these parts for a bit but I'm sadly still a novice... But it does look good to me, however I'd like to hear some vets chime as well...

Also, while y'all are readin, @mystery100, have any of you tried an IOS or Android app related to kegeling?
