I got my stretcher and been using it for few weeks now, about 1-2 hours on weekdays in evening.
I am warming first then putting cream after.
My question is the following: for the stretch to work, do you need to feel it stretching, do you need to have 1/10 pain (very little). I tried various stretching intensities. Now I am on one that stretching it longer than before, and I feel some sensation of stretching near the public bone. Not sure if I should stop and go to my stretched which I did not feel much before, and that have not produced noticeable results yet.
I Just want to know when to stop, when it becomes risky...
