I had a copy a while back. It's a good read overall, but in all honesty, you won't find anything in it that you won't find here. In reality, you'll find more here overall.

The author is Aaron Kemmer aka remek; (his last name spelled backwards - one 'm'); he's mainly on the Penis EnlargementGym forum and cruises through here every so often
I had planned on ordering the book awhile ago and never got around to it. I was hoping to get a copy of it online, but never found one floating around. So I just ordered it yesterday. I'll let you know what I think as I read it.
I have the book and like anything its a good read but principals are basically the same. If you could only do one thing Kegels are the most important and if you only do one excersise then it should be the jelq. There is alot of information in the book but like stated above you can find everything you need to do on this site.
