Does smoking affects PE?

I read some minutes ago an article of a doctor about the Penis Enlargement it is wrote that who smoke can't gain. Actually i smoke about 20 sigarettes per day and i already gained 0,4 inch but i would like to know if here we have smokers that gains a lot just to be sure....

Of course smoke effects the bloodflow but considering my life style with a lot of sports it could be not a big problem.

Yes im a smoker..i gained 0,8 inches after little over 2 moths period, almost certain that i will gain full inch before 3 months ended ...so that doc can take that statement and put it somewhere...rofl . No worries bro
