Does lysine decrease nitric oxide production?

I am wondering cause I want to start taking it but I am always weary of starting new things, whether they are vasodialators or vasoconstrictors. I read that lysine is a vasodialator but I also read that it decreases nitric oxide production. These seem to go against each other.

There has been much talk that it's not good using Lysine and Arginine together because they cancel eachother out.. but theres people who say it's not true...

Whats the answer?

Im not sure yet..

P.S I dont use Lysine

I've been doing research on various methods to increase my HGH production as I'm going for a six-pack.
L-Arginine and L-lysine will interfere with eachother as they both go for the sam receptor.
I also found out that Arginine PyroGlutamate and L-lysine taken together don't interfere with eachother and actually you'll get a synergistic effect as they will both work together to skyrocket your HGH.
Hope I was of help :)
