Does hanging SD only hit the ligs

I want to gain length fast and ive only been hanging SD
I know it hits mostly the ligs but does it also hit the tunica
Is there a lot of difference in stress
I dont want to waste no time in trying something that is not effective for me
Also can ligs be maxed out or is this a myth
 
Well, yes, ligs can be maxed. Downward and BTC are the best angles when it comes to ligament stretcing (BTC being more intense). Even if you hang downwards or BTC that does not mean that it ALL goes to the ligs, the tunica gets stretches as well.

My ligs still feel sore when i hang does this
Mean that they are not maxed ???

I don;t think they do max out. I think it is best to include other angles aside from SD to maximize gains but if ligament gains slow from SD you can always further hit them through behind the cheeks stretches. I also believe that training upward angles will also improve the downward stretches.

should i do one day like 3 sets of ots and the other 3 sets sd/btc
or same day one sd/btc, one set ots on each shoulder
or like one month sd/btc next month ots

I would create a routine that hits each of these angles daily to cover all bases. I am really more into covering all things than guessing at a few, a sort of fail safe in PE. This is why I advocate so much for basic stretching and all the angles it covers, the same logic can be used in hanging, LengthMastering or PowerAssisting.
