Does anyone use Phallosan?

The accessories in this product include 2 items (Stretch bell and Single collar-condom) which in practical use appear puzzling to me (I explain everything below):
1.Stretch bell - SIZES: Small, Medium, Large
2.Single collar-condom - SIZES: Small, Medium, Large
Those elements Stretch bell and Single collar-condom are then connected together.

Intuitively it would seem that Small Stretch bell and Small Single collar-condom should be 'naturally' connected together.
However, it appears that it is possible as well to make combinations:
for instance connect Medium stretch bell and Small condom. Is it possible to make different combinations so to say?

Those combinations are confusing to me.

It has been confusing for me as well...so much so that I never finished the affiliation for them. Hopefully someone with more experience can help you through it.
