Does anyone else here just do 1 day on 1 day off?

So ive tried pe a few times now and was doing 2 or 3 days on 1 day off and didnt gain anything. My penis really did not seem to like pe at all. My erection quality went to shit, especially on the third day i could barely get hard at all for pe.

So ive started doing pe again about about 5 weeks ago but this time just doing 1 day on 1 day off and my dick seems to be responding much better, but still sometimes struggling to get hard for pe sometimes, although other times i get too hard for pe, and have to get keep stopping to let it subside. Its weird.

So umm yeah.....has anyone else on here got results just doing 1 on 1 off?

That has always been my philosophy. If I loose a day it usually turns into a week!
 
Maybe do 2 days on 1 off, and on the off day do any pe you want to make it a fun day to take a break from your main routine.
 
I sometimes do every other day, because when I get home from lifting, I'mm tired like a mofo. Especially when you've done deadlifts and squats.
 
As long as you have the discipline to take time off and get back in then it is fine. I am not that way, I need daily work to stay involved.
