Back to basics, to DLD newbie program:
1) bundle stretch cw 1min
2) bundle stretch ccw 1min
3) A - stretches 1 min
After destroying the tunica with those three tunica-exercises, continue with 3x30sec all directions stretches.
At the end finish with helicopters to increase bloodflow, take vit C, do 100 quick kegels.
From tomorrow i will add girth work 5-10 squeezes 5sec hold separetely from length work. After two weeks, measurements.
