I've already made my first thread where i posted my basic info.
Here i will skip other things and let the progress begin!!!!

PE measurements (starting):
BPEL- 16cm
NBPEL- 13cm
Girth-13.5cm

Goals:
Visible length: 18cm
Girth: we can work until reaching 15.5cm (for now only length work)

Day 1

DIET : Fasted for 16 hours, followed by 8 hours eating window (I continued with intemittent fasting ). THROW AWAY all junk BS and start eating veggies, fruits, potatoes, chicken, tuna, eggs, integral bread etc... It is good for you body (and for your buddy down there, he is part of your body too ;) )

FITNESS: Morning home workout after breakfast, push ups, sit ups, exercise for back posture, tabata hiit training (like cardio)

PE workout: Masturbation (for more stretchable penis and as warm up)--> Length workout from @DLD (without: behind cheek stretch... I'm still chubby for that exercise) ----> Few seconds of Helicopters at the end.

DAY 1- SUCCESSFULLY DONE !

I feel great. Few hours left from eating window, so I'm going to prepare something to eat and start studying for exams.

Yesterday was exam day= rest day. So DAY 2- REST DAY!

Today... DAY 3:
-
16 hours fasted
- Workout on empty stomach: Tabata training

After breakfast i've done my PE workout, this time with changes:
- Warm-up was without masturbation, just medium hot towel around penis and
Side-to-side stretching as workout for 120 reps.

What i've learned today: Never ever again workout without masturbation first. My penis is not stretchable enough and in the middle of workout, i get an erection.

DAY 3 SUCCESSFULLY DONE !!

Today: DAY 4
-Fasted for 17hours
-Night workout (not done yet)

PE Workout:
Warm up- masturbation for 15-20min (something like edging but with ejaculation at the end)
Work out- DLD newbie program (Stretching part)
At the end- few seconds of Helicopters
Final words about PE workout: Great elasticity after warm up, great stretching, feeling great after workout!

DAY 4 SUCCESSFULLY DONE!!!

Question for @DLD DLD : Brother i need instructions for Rotatory stretches from your newbie program? I don't know the exercise so can you help me? And what means 25 Cranks.
 
All bundled stretching is, is twisting your penis like a corkscrew and stretching straight out. You can do variations on this to the left or to the right upward or downward. There are also other ways to do bundled stretching most effectively in the LengthMaster. All Kranks are is stretching your penis straight out and then rotate it like you’re stirring a pot of soup. I wanted to start new thread (log) but i found my older so @DLD what are you recommending... New thread or should i use this one?
Anyway, i will post here (for now) because i'm almost on same regiment.

My current measurements:
NBPEL- ~ 13cm (my fat pad increased, Fck!!)
BPEL- 16.5cm
Girth- 13.5

As I see, from the first post, I was BPEL 16cm.... So I gain 0.5 cm WOW... This is awesome (during 2020 i was almost zero active in PE)

My 1 month experiment workout now looks like
-
masturbation for more stretchable penis
- side-to-side stretches
- helicopters shake at the end
- kegels (random through the week)

Supplements:
Vitamin C 0.5 ... Vit C is precursor of collagen. When we exercises we are doing micro injuries of tunica albuginea, and other two fascias in penis (Bucks and Dartos). All three are build from collagen. More collagen= faster healing! + Antioxidant and anti inflammatory features from Vit C.

Diet:
Intermittent Fasting... Why? You can read in my other thread.

Today is my Day 3. Currently im on 170 reps of Side- to -Side. I'm adding 10 reps every session. Now i will add Bundle stretches before i start with S2S and i will add maybe oriental penis massage at the evening and few more Helicopters to increase blood flow.
 
Always use your original thread so for your own good you can keep track of every single thing that’s happened to you from the start until now and beyond. It may seem like a scattered history but you’ll be able to put it back together and get a really good map of where you were where you are and how you got there. This also benefits brothers who are looking on

Day 6 and Day 7 i used for rest because i felt fatigue during stretching.

How much of a gain is that?
0.1-0.2 cm

My official measurements are:

I always use same ruler (from the beginning of PE) and whole the time i measure from the side, but this time I measured side+ top just to have more numbers to compare.
I'm saying that i official gain when i reach full number (for example: 16.5; 17; 17.5; 18 etc), i dont really pay attention to 0.1; 0.2; 0.3 gains.

But anyways, for almost 10 days workout (with rest days) , i gained 0.1-0.2cm and that is awesome, no matter how small the numbers are, days of training are small too. Going harder!!

That’s awesome and it’s so cool how you have your measurements down to such a base line. You will know any gain you make because you have taken such good measurements. I agree with you for the time you’ve been training you’re making incredible results
