I wonder if p.e. might be socially acceptable 50 or 100 years from now, in the U.S., or any other western country where such a thing is taboo.
It's just a matter of time before the urologists, have to acknowledge the healthy gains that come with most p.e. routines.
I am amazed at the gains that have been made on this site, and my personal gains, and yet the medical community groups us with the crap miracle penis pills.
I doubt any doctor would ever encourage hanging or clamping, but I'll add it to the poll.
 
I think basic Penis Enlargement may see more fame, I doubt anything significant though. Sexuality has a long way to go in the USA. I have done some major interviews in main stream media that many men feared would make Penis Enlargement mainstream but it has not.
 
Common knowledge, maybe. Common, doubtful. Kind of like tantric sex. People know about it, but few people practice it.

Agreed. If it takes a lot of time and devotion, like practicing tantra, many people may look elsewhere. I believe it will take time and the temptation of money will speed it up out the dark ages thats for sure. It will imo need doctors blessings (Medical world) that it works and studies done that are made available to the public in a way so that they know more of this, like a commercial and not something one has to search about secretly. The money comes in because obviously its a specialized subject and someone is bound to make something from it in mostly devices I would see, such as [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] and more than likely surgery!

Dont think it will ever catch on like lifting weights conventionally.

In my world, Penis Enlargement is already mainstream. My family and close friends all know about Penis Enlargement and some of them do it too. It was very liberating to just be myself and not have to hide shit anymore!

I could not imagine how it would not ever become mainstream, penis enlargement is the MOST amazing thing in the world! and DLD !! Maybe we need flashier videos?

I can't really imagine it either. The closest Penis Enlargement has gotten to mainstream was the 3 interviews I did in 2005 for SALON, King Magazine and Channel 4 in the UK, this was some major exposure, it brought a face to the Penis Enlargement world and it made it very believable but this did little to change western attitude towards sexuality.

Really, it's the Salon mag article about DLD that I read, that made me pose the question. Figured a poll would be in order, and if anybody thinks there should be another poll option, let me know and I'll edit it in.
I honestly can never see a doctor endorsing hanging or clamping, cuz there is potential to do severe damage if you're not careful.
 
I would definitely be one to agree that any publicity is good publicity- there is some saying. I was thinking if MatterOfSize got play on Dr.Phil or Oprah. Dr.Phil would want to say, "Penis enlargement, is bad, m'kay." And Oprah would be trying to give away free PowerAssists or something, but I seriously don't think that would help. I think if you displayed a commercial in Los Angeles you would surely have a bigger booming business. I have considered making flyers and leaving them around, but its not good for someone like me to be in the ghetto and handing out Penis Enlargement fliers. All guys do is take that as flirting and I'm already kicking peoples asses all day long with out trying to explain how to make their dicks bigger>:( I would laugh out loud except seriously, you can afford to make it happen with a star DLD, they cost somewhere around $30,000:)
