I would have a bigger penis if they did. Roids dont help size but you get alot hornier and stiffer lol Being more excited my lead to better erections which may "look" like your bigger

Most/all the side effects you hear of with AAS are really individually dependent.

I doubt it. Never heard of such things. Maybe only during puberty.
