hey dld ive been pe ing for about six months and made awsome gains. ive asked a hell of alot of questiones about pe ,but i now have a question about your weight loss journey .
you see im over weight right now im about 5'9 230 pounds and i usually sit at about 175-185 pound lean in shape.
needless to say i gained quite a bit of weight i the last 2 years , so i decided to get to the gym so for the 1 month ive been their ive lost 10 pounds .
my question is about the fat pad ,when you were overweight you obviously had a fat pad right , well so do i. the thing is i cant remember how thin the pad gets with weight loss , so i was wondering did your fat pad completly diminish to the pelvic bone or do you still maintain a bit of a pad?, and if so how big ? thanks !!
