dld question about isolated compression squeezes

hey dld , i have a few questiones about the isolated compression squeezes.
first on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] that i bought when i first started , you say to do the iso comp squeezes in a semi erect state , but you told me to that you do your girth work at 100% erect, did you just say semi erect on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] so newbies wouldnt cause injury , i figured that that might be why but i just want to know what you really do, should i be doing them fully erect or semi erect?

and lastly, in the video for the iso comp squeezes you say to grip just below the head , i notice that your also holding the head .
so should i be squeezing the head also or just squeezing right below? thanks dld
 
I think isolated compression squeezes are done at semi erect state because otherwise you wouldnt be able to bend it over a hard surface and "mash" it. It is more of a 'widening' exercise so even though DLD does all his girth work 100% erect it may be that he doesnt mean an exercise directed to other types of expansion he does erect or maybe with the 100's of exercises hes done/created he doesnt say- he does ALL of his girth work 100% erect Except for, this exercise, this exercise, this exercise, and that exercise, etc, etc.

im no talking about the regular comp squeeze im talking about an isolated compression squeeze, so im goin to wait for dld's answer. thanks tho!
 
For safety reasons girth exercise in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] are suggested to do semi-erect but I have always gone erect.

Grip is up to you. I will vary between gripping at the glans and gripping just below the corona.
