I will do it above and below out of habit. I do two kinds of stretches every morning. Regular Blasters and a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Traction[/words] type stretch. I try to hit both Lig and Tunica. I am much more aware of the Reverse Kegel/KEgel when doing Blasters. When training tunica I do it out of habit but I do not think it is necessary.
