honestly it has been threee months there is no excuss for that. DLD is a well respected man and so is [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] but ive been watchin where people have been complaining about customer service about orders etc. i really dont think he outta line when it deals with money. unless he is make some personal neg remarks towards someon.
 
First of all, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] customer service complaints are predominately people not getting their passwords as they miss the password information provided when joining. Even though there is explicit directions to this many people overlook it. I immediately respond to anyone who has made this mistake and supply them with this information. The problem with Power Assists is due to running out of stock and having the manufacturer take forever to fill our order, something completely out of my control. I also am only one man, I do as much as I can as quickly as I can and occasionally I make mistakes and for this I apologize. Lastly, why would anyone make a thread like this?
