OH SHIT- THAT'S IT EXACTLY. THE REASON I ASKED IS BECAUSE THE FOREARM SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO PUT A GOOD DOWNWARD FORCE ON THE LIGAMENTS, THE ONE'S THAT ATTATCH TO YOU AB WALL TOO..AND THEN THE UPWARD STRETCH ALONG WITH IT, IT'S LIKE TWO STRETCHES AT ONCE...WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD TRY AND MAYBE TELL ME WHAT YALL THINK...Threak said:Sounds like a C-Stretch per se.
