Sounds like a C-Stretch per se.
Under the wrist, up the other side and pull toward your body.

OH SHIT- THAT'S IT EXACTLY. I tried something similar, where I start out with a 'palms up' OK grip, grabbing my cock just below the glans. With a good grip, I close my hand into a fist, and roll my hand toward me. My dick gets stretched across the back of my hand. I try to roll my hand as far as I can...
