Dangler, I've been using the same sluice since day one (a few months of daily use) and I've gone through a couple balloons for diaphrams. If I keep this up, I may never have to order any more! If I do, it looks like they only added a smaller size, last time I checked they had the regular and the larger ones, is the smaller one the new addition? I've been using the large, I ordered some of them with my original purchase.

All I know, or see, is they offer the 3 "color coded: ones.

I did get around to trying the new latex parts I received. They are the medium sized diaphragm & sluice.
Medium Diaphragm is larger, more bulb like, than the smaller.

I found them Perfect for me! No slipping, like when I tried the Largest size.

(The ones I had been using, originally standard issue, I would now classify them as small )

What about the sluices? Is the new "Medium" size larger then the old "standard" ones?

Right now I'm using the old Large sluices, but they are just a tiny bit too big, so I have to be a little engorged to avoid air getting in while attaching.

Is there some definite guide on which ones you need depending on the size of ones glans?

They offer no size measurements at all.
Remember, you go in flaccid, the diaphragms are latex, stretchable.
Unless you think you are of the smaller size, go with the medium. Just don't order a truckload until you are certain.
I guess you could ask them about a variety pack ?

I'm thinking of buying some of these new sluices.

I found the small ones were really good for preventing slippage, but they're too small and hurt. The large ones on the otherhand are comfy, but too big, so there's slippage issues.

I'm glad they put out this new medium size. I've had this for a year now and havn't really been able to get it to work consistently. So this may be my ticket.

Just got the mediums a few days ago and these are working waaay better. Much more secure and a much better stretch because of that. I've put in nearly 20 hours these past few days.
