We all must be very, very dedicated if we want to see results in my opinion. I myself have been dedicated since day one and almost 2 months into Penis Enlargement, I have gained .5 bpel. I've been having some killer back pain for the past week due to some herniated discs but that has not slowed me down. I've been actually doing more now since I have more time on my hands. The only thing is that I've not been able to jelq since I can't sit too for long. So basically I just lay on my back and do 1 minute stretches in all directions 3 times with the circular pulls 15 to 20 times in both directions and I also added 8 minute 5 lb hanging with something similiar to Kingsnake's homemade hanger. I hang while laying on my bed. I'm actually Penis Enlargement'ing from 2 to 3 hrs a day without counting all the piss pulls and stretches in between sessions. I do my sessions when I first wake up or anytime early during the day and before I go to bed.
