It has actually happened. A British actor in his 70's, damn I cant remember the name of him now but around May he was found dead in his apartment or hotel room with string attached to his penis with what I think was somekind of weight attached and also he had something around his neck.

Me and my wife has also thought this...it's scary thought, because our parents are quite conservative and old school.
