Progress thread DCY's Journey to 8" x 5.5"

Hello, my brothers.

I've decided to get back on the track again. I must admit, after the number of false starts I've had, I felt a little embarrased coming back (particularly seeing how many of you are so committed) but I realised, it's not about how many times you fall but how many times you get back up (thanks to those who gave me some support in my thread yesterday: Shame as a reason to quit - Matters of Size | Male Enhancement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums).

@DLD, thanks as always brother, for reaching out, no matter what you're going through - you're a big reason why I've come back here.

So, here is what I've done on my first day back:

LengthMaster Twists : 3 Sets of four 30 Second Twists

LengthMaster PowerAssist Stretches:

One Minute Stretch of Each Below

A-Stretch
Base Twist Stretch
Body Rock Stretch
Bow & Arrow Stretch
Double Handed A-Stretch Video
Down and Out Stretch
Rocking Stretch Video
Side Fulcrum Stretch
Sling Shot Stretch
Tunica Fulcrum Stretch

Hanging : 1.25kg for around 30 minutes

Bathmate : 3 x 5 minute sets

ACE bandage to keep elongated after the active routine.

Thank you my brother and I’ll be here for you whenever you need me. We all go through things in life and this is a tough time for me but nothing helped me more than reaching out and helping other people. I’m dealing with the grief in my own way so it’s a process. Pray for me my brother I know that I’m always praying for you

I hope you’ve had a good week and training is going well.

Back to the grind and got my first week down — really encouraged this time around, can’t thank this place enough. I’m not sure I’d still be trying without it. @DLD, as always, you’re the man - keeping us all focused on the goal.

I’ve, for the time being, decided to exclusively focus on length. Here‘s what I’ve been doing this week:

The Lengthmaster has been such a great addition to the routine; the stretch is like no other and I love that I can hang with it also. I’m really hoping it helps to supercharge those gains. As I can become a bit obsessive, I’m going to limit measurements to - at the very most - once a month. I’ve noticed that when I begin to measure too much (and inevitably get disappointed), that can be a real motivation to give up.

[I've just posted this in the "New to MOS" thread but DLD asked me to repost here and start a daily log, so here it goes.]

I've been lurking around the forums for a little while now and I'm amazed by the success stories that I've seen. I'm in the fortunate position of being able to work at home during this strange time and so, I've decided to start my journey. From what I've read, the struggle isn't a physical one but a psychological one; the ability to be patient and consistent with your PE routine and to tune out of our need for instant gratification.

Here are my starting stats (feel that I have a decent starting point):

NBPEL: 5.75"
BPEL: 6.5"
BPFSL: 6.75" [Edit: added a photo of measurement of the BPFSL]
EG: 4.8"
FL : 3.5"

And here are my goals:

NBPEL: 7.5"
BPEL: 8"
EG: 5.5"
FL :5"

For the last three days, I've been doing lazy ass stretches for most of the day, as well as 3 sets of 30 seconds stretches at different angles(essentially around the clock, outward and BTC). In the coming days, I'll be adding the Silistretcher and the Penimaster Pro for some active extending as well as some light hanging from Monday.

I'll be recording a new sets of measurements every month, seems like a good frequency to let gains accumulate.

Hello brother,

Had a look at your recent posts, great to have you in the brotherhood.

I find hanging - alongside expressive stretching using the Lengthmaster and ADS with the SS2 - to be absolutely fundemental in making good length gains. I won't be measuring for a few weeks but I'm quietly confident that it will be a primary contributor to the gains I make.
 
Another reason I'm so happy about being a part of this community: device feedback.

Why? I'd thought about buying the PF but (shoutout to @REDZULU2003) read about the poor build quality and poor customer service. More than that, I realised that I can wear the SS2 in exactly the same fashion (around the waist) but with more tension. All in all, saved myself around $400.

Thank you, brotherhood - I owe you one (or $400, to be exact).
 
Here's a demonstration for anyone curious about the PF application using the SS2. If you need any advice regarding the SS2, just leave me a post on this thread and I'll give you a hand.

Just before the site went down, we had a house fire and all my PE equiptment (SS2, LM, MityVac, BM) worth over $1,000 was completely destroyed. Since then, it kinda hurts thinking about what I need to invest to get going again for the routines that I had going that were showing gains.

So glad to hear from you. I lost everything I had in a house fire about 17 months ago. Let me know what you need and I can check with sales if I can give you a discount on the whole package. I will take care of you
 
@DLD Brother, I’m so sorry to hear that; I hope you’re managing. It’s a super traumatic event you wouldn’t wish on your enemies.

At the moment, I'm looking to get the Lengthmaster 3 with some wrapping (Thermaband, Uncle Jim's wrap and penis wrapping tape). That'll allow me to get back on my LM routine, as well as back into hanging.

You've created an incredible tool in the LM, brother - nothing gives you that grip and pull!
