Okay, I've been Penis Enlargementing for almost exactly 7 weeks now, and have a question regarding days on and off. I've read that DLD did his 7 days on, none off, while others did something like 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, etc.
I've made some nice newbie gains, but I don't want to overdo anything, because when you overdo it in bodybuilding I know it is detrimental rather than helpful.
Should I do something like 2 days on, 1 day off, and then on the off day do PC muscle exercises rather then stretching or girth? And I don't want to hear "to each his own" but rather your own experiences. Did doing it 7 days on, none off hurt you?
