Why do you want to take that? Argnine is a main component in the formation of collagen. I think it would best be used after you have attained your desired size to solidify gains from the collagen repairs. I'm not sure if it slows your gains down, It my cause the collagen to repair faster and stronger making it harder to stretch. but any red meat you eat will contain plenty of argnine.
A lot of things your body gets used to if you take for too long. Gotta shock that shit up. Id go off of it for 2-3 weeks then get back on , and youll find your response will be better to it.
