Hey DLD. I recently purchased the LengthMaster and Silistretcher but I haven't had much luck finding videos on how to use them properly. Any help would be.greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of videos and instructions on how to to use the LM3. There is an entire sub-form dedicated for it. Please check these out, and if you still have questions, feel free to ask away.

I’ve just recently purchased the mityvac but I believe i got the wrong size, is there anyway I could change the size on it before it gets sent out?
 
I ordered the stealth stretcher bundle on Jan 21st and still havent received it. I got a shipping confirmation on it on Jan 26th from USPS saying they are awaiting for package to arrive at their facility. This morning Feb 11th USPS tracking still says the same thing. I have sent/replied to multiple emails with zero response from any of them including the following.

orders@mattersofsize.com

Either expedite my order today or issue a refund today. So far your customer service has been non existent.

I ordered a new tube for my mityvac on the 3rd of February and I haven't even gotten a purchase confirmation or shipping info. I have emailed all of the emails you have listed and not one has responded.

ORDER PPC-334536 And no one has reached out to me yet on this issue. Has anyone else had such difficulties receiving their order? That they paid for.
 
Do you not read the messages before you paste a copied response asking for the same info that is already provided to you. I dont want your product anymore. Just refund me.
