I wouldn't bother.....I'm damn near 40 and I usually just fake a couple. Have one good one and pack it in for the night. They can't tell the difference and you look like a stud.
If there is a way that a guy who works 10 to 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, lots of stress, trains hard in the gym everyday, rarely gets enough sleep along with lifes other variables and stresses let me know.
