Supplements Creatine...anyone used it before?

If you're just a casual lifter you should not use creatine.

If you are going to use it...
1. Take a powder (not a pill) that has been proven to not cause bloating in the belly
2. Stay very hydrated
-if you're still very dehydrated then you probably need to boost your sodium levels
-if the sodium doesn't work, increase your potassium and calcium intake

I never liked using creatine because if you want to bloat your muscles with creatine you can just get it naturally from beef. Also, whenever I experimented with it I got cramping in my legs, which never happened before.

If you're really trying to be tedious about your muscle gains, try force feeding. You just consume a high GI carb right before you eat your post workout meal. Strategic manipulation of your insulin levels can really effect how swollen you muscles look.

I lift almost every day and I was doing fine just eating protein and pasta before a work out...but creatine just didn't do it for me. What kind of protein shakes would you recommend that is natural mostly?

I don't suggest the use of protein powder or pre-workouts. I've put on 15lbs of muscle so far this year from eating only eating real, solid foods. But if you want to use protein powder anyway, this professional strongman, Elliot Hulse, has advice on a product he is not sponsored by:

Also, if you're experiencing poor gains, if you haven't done a deload week in while, that may be just what you need. Oftentimes people experience poor gains because their CNS gets overloaded and they never give it a break.

It made me so dehydrated and tired that I couldn't even get my penis hard enough today.

This is going to sound obvious but isn't the answer here to drink more water? I'm also not sold that the effects would have been so pronounced as to give up on it so soon. The benefits of Creatine take a little while to filter in. Whilst any negative reaction could of course come sooner I think you should give it another go.

Personally - I never experienced any problems with Creatine. If anything, the reminder/knowledge that I wanted to drink more water whilst taking it had a positive effect on my EQ. That's when I learnt water and proper hydration was one of the most under-appreciated aspects of Penis Enlargement!
