Progress thread CRays PE journey

It’s annoying, going focus on just the length master till it heals cause it hurts real bad
It's always annoying to get sidetracked in our plan, but hopefully we learn something from that as well. Most of the times when this have happened for me personally, it have been beneficial in my development and progression.

I hope this will happen for you as well brother.

Quick update cause I have been MIA lately. I completed 4 additional workouts since I last logged and I hit my percentage numbers for the first two but not the last two. I started to discuss with more experienced guys regarding BDs interval length protocol and this means I am do for a longer rest period. It was suggest I take off 1.5-2 months and I decided to give it a shot because over experienced guys have done the same. I started my rest on 9/21

I think a month off should be plenty if you've never taken that kind of rest off.
I took 8-9 weeks off before I started my current routine and it made me back to as close as baseline as I've ever been as far as "feeling" the weight, tension, etc.
Made me feel like a newbie again haha

That sounds like an awful long period 2 weeks should be enough
I agree. I have been stretching continuously, since I started my length journey. The most amount of rest have been 5 days.
I have gained from this approach. Even 3 days is a long rest period when your goal is to gain length.

Hey guys. I know it seems like a long rest but all the vets following this program advise it so I’m going to give it a shot and see if it works. I’ll start logging again as soon as I start back up

Will be interesting to hear, how this will benefit your progression.
Ya. I’m curious how it turns out. I took this progress pic to keep track and again my fat pad is big. I’m 6.5” none pressed and 8.5 bone pressed. Hopefully to shrink it with exercise

@DLD I messed up and lost a spring to my stealth rod extender. If there a place to buy a new one like Home Depot. Not sure where you guys source the springs. I would hate to have to buy it selerate and pay shipping
