His customer service does need to get better if he's going to compete with all these new brands basically making the same thing. But cheaper, and with better customer service.

I would be pissed if my apex arrived like that.
Have you tried all options with the springs? I don't know if WD40 or something like that might help.
The only negative I have to say about the apex is its very hands on checking the tension all the time because of a lack of a scale.
The moment they add that to the mix I think it will be the best it can be
the base sucks also. Metal? Baseems will be more comfortable. I literally just responded to perv saying the fix Should be offered free to the early buyers….I want to sell this thing and I already had someone turn me down saying they don’t want a defective one.
A metal base? That sounds horrible.
How long ago did you buy it?
I did have my twist knobs catching the springs the first week I had it.
I saw a review saying how with more use the twist knobs break in and that won't be an issue anymore.
I can confirm that's the case since they used different screws for the newer prototypes as well.
The apex base is still metal dude. Just painted black

BPSFL starting - 9.3125”
length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.
Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 4 booster bands. 1hr 5 mins split into 13 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between. I throw in an extra set
BPSFL after - 9.8125”
Was able to train tonight despite the blister. Put on a blister patch which covers the blister and speeds up healing and double taped and it worked out. I’ll see if I can keep this up working around it until it heals. One thing I noticed is this daily bone pressed measuring it making my right pubic region sore. I’m going to try and rotate what side I put the ruler or start using a buffer like a shirt
