My girl came over again after work but I was determined to train. I knew she would fall asleep before me so that when I got my training in. I wore the last 2 hrs of the total man bell in bed with the leg strap since I found a comfortable arrangement

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 20mins 10 twisting each way. Second was with the total man bell on and a pen for leverage to save time

total man vacum extender with leg strap - 2hrs, 2hrs

my red light system came so I plan to use it soon to help recover faster and cut down on discoloration. Let’s go!

Thank you guys! Means a lot coming from both of you. Unfortunately I had a rough weekend. My girl was over all weekend and we had a bad fight. Basically she’s pressuring me for marriage….so cause we were fighting a bit And she was here missed training last two days.

We are at the end of may. Apex extender is suppose to ship this week or next and I can’t wait! Let’s go!
 
Tried a passive sleeve tonight. I want to wear it in between my sessions to heal in an extended state. Question for the guys in the forum, how long should the sleeve be compared to your bone pressed flaccid stretched length just before the head. I measure my flaccid stretched bone pressed length right below my head at just over 6inches (forgot the exact number) but I struggle getting a 6” sleeve on. I was able to get a 4” sleeve on pretty easy (might be a little over 4). Would 5” be alright or should I keep practicing with 6?

Tested out a passive sleeve for an 1 hr in between sessions. Used the total man 26 mm sleeve. I first tried it at 6” since I’m a little longer than that before the head bone pressed flaccid. I figure putting myself in the bell and rolling down and then taking off from the bell was the easiest way and I do like the technique. Well the 6” total man sleeve tore. I was left with 4.25” so I used that and got it to work. I use to like totalman sleeves cause I used Phallosan sleeves before which are complete crap but now after using the MOS durosleeve which is just insanely tough it’s crazy how much easier total man sleeves are to to tear. I ordered 4,5,6” length silisleeve 2s cause now I’m a huge believer in MOS sleeves. I’ll use the totalman sleeve till they. Going to try and increase the time I use the sleeve each day.
 
Interesting video by this guy. He even mentions this site. One thing he mentions is that he doesn’t believe in all day stretchers and healing in the elongated state which is the total opposite that I have learned from the PE community. It make it sound like most of us are overworking

I have never felt this fatigue. But I have only been using manual stretches with my hands, Power Assist (broomstick) and with the LENGTHMASTER 3. So I think my tissue have all the time it needs to heal. I have always heald elongated.

I have a penis elongation wrap on all day from when I wake up, until I'm going to bed (not in shower, not on sometimes at the gym, and not when doing PE).

This approach have worked out. I believe I would not have grow as fast without my penis elongation wrap. I'm follow SRT and it's a proven method that works.

Ya. It’s just strange to hear him speak against ADS since I have always heard it’s best to heal in the elongated state. His view goes against everything I have ever heard in the PE community

I have been on other PE forums in the past when first starting out and some claim less is more and no wrap afterwards.

It’s only when I joined MOS I heard of all day stretching and wrapping. Every one is different, but gains are still being made.
 
I took that as a sign your making progress is to check your flaccid stretched

I seen a couple of BD’s videos in the past and even DLD talks about measuring flaccid stretch before and after.

I can’t remember, but I have to rewatch the video but he gives his percentages of overwork or too little work.

I tried putting on the sleeve again after the first session but I messed up and it came off and I just didnt have the energy to redo it. I also had a little accident today which scared me. After my first length master session I stood up with the length master still attached but it caught my chair and got pulled off over my glands and that stung but not as bad as I expected. I think having foreskin helped since it rolls forward. Still stung a little and scared the crap out of me
