Session 14:

length master - beginner routine all 7 directions for 1 mins, 3x, 3x - 42 mins total

total man vacum extender leg strap after each length master session - 3hrs, 3hrs

my new knee wrap and hook came for my vacuum extender and I love it. The hook angle is adjustable and leg strap comfortable. I love total man’s products but I didn’t like their leg strap cause the hook is angled for standing but I wear my extender sitting at a desk all day so it wasn’t comfortable since it pulled it sideways into my leg and that side tension caused my first one to tear. Total man sent a replacement but it’s still not comfortable and I can see it tearing again. This one way better cause I can angle the hook anyway I want. Can’t wait for the bigger total man bells to come cause I have definitely outgrown this one and my skin is getting pinched all the time. I checked my girth today and yep. I’m back up to 6.25”.

Do you have a pel.wrap (penis elongation wrap), or you can also say; Ace Strapped, when you do not have your ADS on?

My mindset behind my PE.
- Why make the penis have a choice to retract?

I don’t at the moment. I’ll try to incorporate that in the routine. What’s your setup like for wrap when not doing PE. I have a tough time with the foreskin and I know you are also uncut

No pulling back of the foreskin in this wrap.
I can wear it for up to ~ 17 hours each day. But I need to remove it when I urinate.
My mindset is to keep it elongated as much as possible.
 
This was wrapped after a length master session (see attachment). I need to re-wrap it now since it start to hurt. I wrapped it to hard. I always do this.

But I could have it on for longer like this If I wanted to, or just can't get my pants down. For example: In a public setting, you can't just pull your pants down. But I usually wrap more loosely when I take my pants on and go out.

Experiment with how hard you need to wind, in order to get it perfect.
I rest my penis entirely during sleep.

Otherwise can it work to do PE and have a girl/girlfriend? Do she knows about it?
This is my biggest fear, to find a woman and my PE gets killed.

She knew about it before we met and thought it was awesome but after we started dating she would complain cause I am already the biggest she’s been with and told me it already made her sore. I kept it secret this time that I started again but I just confessed I started again because we are going on vacation for a week soon and I wanted to keep up PE and it would impossible to hide it.

I'm going on vacation with one of my girls and told her I'd be doing "work" where I need to be isolated at least an hour a day.
No girl is stopping me from PE.

I wear an ADS. When im hanging out with her I wear the phallosan. It's a little more discreet. On top of wearing darker clothes so it's less noticeable.
She did get concerned once when she reached for my dick when we were hanging out and I stopped her cause I didn't want her to grab the ADS and be like what the hell haha
So I try to keep up activities to keep her distracted from sex until I've been in the ADS at least 6 hours.
Another tip I'll say is wash your dick after you've been wearing one before getting head.
I've had alot of girls say my dick tasted soapy. And I can only imagine it's because I use dawn dish detergent on my caps that I wear on my head when I'm in a vacuum ads haha
