Session 10:

length master - beginner routine all 6 diretions for 1 mins, 3x, 3x, 4x

so I couldn’t help myself and tried the pump. At first I was worried cause I got no pressure. What I notice is that a rubber ring near the attachment had broken off which keep it air tight. Luckily it’s the same part that comes with the manual pump which I already have so I just swapped it out and it worked perfectly. Once you find your pressure it lets it drop just 1-2kps below and auto refills to what u set it. I use it tonight as a primer for my last session of length master to fluff me up and it worked well
 
Session 11:

length master - beginner routine all 6/7 diretions for 1 mins, 2(7), 3(7), 3 (6)
so to save time and cut back on rewrapping I added an extra down stretch to my first two sets for 7 directions. So that is 3x7 twice for a min and 3x6 for a min for a total of 1hr with no rewrapping during a set to make things as fast and easy as possible

As much time as possible I would say are best. I know DLD used to recommend at least 4 hours of healing elongated after length-work.

When using the length master in combination with an extender, 30 minutes is enough for the whole day. Do 10 minutes of length master exercises and wear the extender for 2 hours. Repeat three times making 30 minutes length master session and 6 hours extender time.

That’s a lot more doable. Before when I was only using an extender I was trying for 8-10 hrs a day and that is just super difficult. Eventhough I work from home they aren’t that convenient. I never felt comfortable leaving the house with it on and I love working out. I’ll shoot for 6 hrs on top of the length master 3 times a day for 1 hr total.

Yesterdays training:

Session 13:

length master - beginner routine all 7 directions for 1 mins, 3x, 3x - 42 mins total

total man vacum extender leg strap after each length master session - 2hrs, 3hrs

so after thinking about this more yesterday I think the best routine that is manageable is length master twice a day for 21 mins each and the vacum extender right after each time for 3 hrs so I hit 42 mins length master and 6 hrs extender each day. I have bigger bells coming for the extender because right now the one I have is a tight fit especially after I fluff myself in the pump and use the length master the bell is so tight that I catch my skin in the sleeve sometimes.

When you do not use the extender, you could keep your penis elongated with a penis elongation wrap.

I have no ADS/extender (no successful experience of it either = Phallosan forte) but I keep my pel.wrap, on as much as possible during the day and between the lengthmaster sessions. This have been successfull for me.

I have tried the wrapping before and I guess I stopped because I was worried the wrap was to tight and stopping blood flow. I just don’t want to do anything stupid and hurt myself

You don't need to be scared. You will feel if the wrap is to hard. If you have it on to hard and/if to long you can get some fluid retention. But you learn how to do the wrap with time. I have the wrap on the entire day. It can be problem if it's cold outside Then I need to re-wrap when I get inside again.

Do you take a nap during the day? If yes, do you take off your wrap or you nap with it? I wrap from 8am till 4pm. But I take off the wrap when I want to nap by 12pm for about 2 hours.

From 4pm, I start my second length master and jelqing session and after that, I do my 5x5x3 pumping routine.

Once I take off the cock ring at about 7pm, I don't wrap anymore until the following day 8am.

I never take a nap during the day, I only rest/sleep during the night. I do not have the wrap on when I sleep anymore, I did in the beginning but it's not worth it. I even have the wrap on when I'm at the gym now.
