Consistent way to measure flaccid?

I noticed that my flaccid size varies.
Like before I go to pee its bigger.
Or in the morning it's bigger.
Or if I wear a cock ring LOOSE it makes it as big as before I go to pee.

Question: When should I measure flaccid for consistent measurements?

When you wake up in the morning is probably a good time.

If your flaccid varies that much, just remember that the measurement itself will tend to vary and that each individual measurement won't really be worth much in and of itself.

It would be more useful to you for tracking trends, or seeing how differing conditions affect your flaccid penis size.

To be as consistent measuring as possible keep your schedule as consistent as possible: Time of day, pre/post Penis Enlargement or exercise, warmed up or not....keep the situation surrounding your measuring as unvarying as possible and that will give you a more true assessment of your Penis Enlargement gains.

It would be more useful to you for tracking trends, or seeing how differing conditions affect your flaccid penis size.

This is a very interesting one to take note of. I've measured after workouts and compared them to my usual flaccid measurement. Over time, I have noticed that my post-workout flaccid doesn't get as small so it's slowly catching up to my regular flaccid.

The most consistent way is to dip your flaccid in cold water until it has fully retracted to it's smallest size and measure like that, at least it will be consistent! Anything else could be considered a fluff I would say flaccid measurements are really the most unreliable and most fluctuating due to emotional and temperature state.
